October 17, 2023: Updated ORARC Codeplug file for the RT3S to correct the Time Slot settings for the TG9990 Parrot talk group.

September 21 2023: Added a new VK codeplug file to support OpenGD77 for the RT3S. Includes tips on programming the codeplug and customising the radio.
